PE & Sport
The Athletic Foundation, our PE department, aims to instil in students an enduring enjoyment of physical activity and sport through a broad range of activities. Students are educated to understand the value of a healthy and active lifestyle, and through exciting and dynamic lessons students also develop their strength and movement and build key life skills including resilience and teamwork.
Our excellent facilities include a full-sized all-weather artificial pitch with floodlights, a sports hall, a gym, tennis courts, cricket nets and an extensive number of well-maintained grass pitches.
In addition to lessons, each year students participate in inter-school sporting fixtures and the Athletic Foundation is proud to offer an extensive extracurricular programme of sporting clubs and activities which complement and build upon the curriculum.
